We utilize commercial-grade, 212°F live steam to deeply sanitize strollers, high chairs, and pack-n-plays. This temperature naturally kills 99.9% of bacteria, viruses, bedbugs, and dust mites completely chemical-free.

All removable fabrics, linens, and harness pads are laundered in commercial machines using strictly "Free & Clear" hypoallergenic detergent. No dyes, no perfumes, and no heavy fragrances that could irritate sensitive skin.

Because the Smoky Mountain climate can be humid, we ensure all gear is 100% dry using high-velocity air movers to prevent any mold or mildew. Once dried and reassembled, the gear is immediately placed in a pristine, climate-controlled environment until delivery.
