CABIN CATCH-ALL: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. SECURITY & SAFETY INSPECTIONS
Our Commitment:
All equipment is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected for damage or active recalls before each reservation.
Tenant Responsibility:
Upon arrival, the Tenant must inspect all rented items. If any item is found to be damaged or malfunctioning, the Tenant must notify Cabin Catch-All immediately.
Safety Devices: For items containing safety components (e.g., battery-operated baby gear), the Tenant must notify the Agent in writing of the need for any repairs or battery replacements during the tenancy.
2. LIABILITY WAIVER
Inherent Risk: The Tenant acknowledges that the use of baby gear, toys, and recreational equipment carries inherent risks.
Assumption of Risk: By renting from Cabin Catch-All, the Tenant assumes all responsibility for the safe and proper use of the equipment.
Indemnification: Cabin Catch-All and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of the rented items.
3. CARE OF EQUIPMENT
Condition: Items should be returned in the same condition they were received, barring normal wear-and-tear.
Damages: The Tenant agrees to pay for the repair or replacement of any items damaged, lost, or stolen during the rental period.
Cleaning: While we handle professional sanitization, we ask that items be wiped down of heavy debris (food, mud, etc.) before pickup.
4. DELIVERY & ACCESS
Authorization: The Tenant authorizes Cabin Catch-All to deliver and retrieve equipment from the vacation rental property.
Agency Coordination Requirement:
It is the Tenant’s responsibility to notify their rental agency or property manager of this reservation. The Tenant must request that the agency coordinate directly with Cabin Catch-All to:
Provide or confirm specific access instructions (e.g., gate codes, door codes, or lockbox locations).
Confirm that the delivery and pickup times selected by the Tenant are compatible with the rental agency’s check-in/check-out schedules and cleaning windows.
Failed Access: Cabin Catch-All is not responsible for failed deliveries due to a lack of access or a failure by the Tenant to notify the rental agency.
5. SURVEILLANCE NOTICE
Monitoring: The Tenant acknowledges that many properties in the area utilize exterior electronic surveillance and noise decibel monitoring. Our delivery teams respect all local laws and community rules during the drop-off and pickup process.
6. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
24-Hour Grace Period:
We offer free cancellations for any reservation cancelled within 24 hours of the initial booking, provided that the booking was not made within the "No Refund" window (48 hours prior to delivery).
Standard Cancellations:
For cancellations made outside of the 24-hour grace period:
7+ Days Prior to Delivery:
Refund of total rental amount, minus a $50 restocking fee.
2 to 6 Days Prior to Delivery:
50% refund of the total rental amount (the $50 restocking fee is included within this 50% retention).
Within 48 Hours of Delivery: Non-refundable, as gear has already been sanitized, staged, and routed.
Restocking Fee: All refunds (excluding those made within the initial 24-hour grace period) are subject to a $50 restocking fee to cover administrative costs and inventory management.
7. PAYMENT FAILURES & DISPUTES (CHARGEBACKS)
Failed Payments: If a payment is declined at booking, the reservation will not be confirmed. If a payment fails after processing, Cabin Catch-All reserves the right to cancel delivery immediately until a valid payment is provided.
Chargeback Policy: You agree to contact Cabin Catch-All to resolve any billing disputes before contacting your bank.
